Park Lake Utility Easement and Hold Harmless Agreements

The City Manager stated the motion for the Park Lake Utility Easement and Hold Harmless Agreements should be changed to read: move to authorize the Mayor to execute a Utility Easement Agreement and a Release and Hold Harmless Agreement between the City of Maitland and Park Lake Villa's Inc. She noted we will not be including the P. L. G. Condominium Association documents at this time.

Mayor McDonald requested public comments. There being no one who wished to be heard, Mayor McDonald closed the public comment period.

A motion was made to authorize the Mayor to execute a Utility Easement Agreement and a Release and Hold Harmless Agreement between the City of Maitland and Park Lake Villa's Inc.
